This limited edition of four etchings by Ahmad Mater was published by EOA Projects in 2012. Using iron filings scattered around two magnets (with only one visible), his installation, Magnetism, evokes the attraction pilgrims feel towards the Ka‘bah. Ahmed Mater is a doctor and an artist who lives and works in Saudi Arabia. He is widely considered as one of the most important artists in Saudi Arabia and is notable for his particular interest in the development of Mecca.
